Booking
Bookings can be made on the website and through telephone, it is your responsibility to provide correct information such as number of passengers and any special requirements.
MK Oscar Transport Limited will provide you with a quotation based on the information provided at the time of booking. MK Oscar Transport Limited will reserve the right to amend/change the quotation if any given details are changed or incorrect.
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. MK Oscar Transport Limited will send you booking confirmation and all details once payment is received.
It is the responsibility of the passengers to estimate and give sufficient journey time as MK Oscar Transport Limited will not take any responsibility if delay in journey due to unanticipated reasons such as traffic, bad weather, road diversion or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Passenger assistants works at an hourly rate, all charges will be agreed at the time of booking.
It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure the expected time of arrival and correct terminal number. MK Oscar Transport Limited will check flight delays or cancellations before the vehicle is despatched for the airport. However, MK Oscar Transport Limited cannot be held responsible if the flight is delayed or arrived early. Prices & Payments
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. MK Oscar Transport Limited will send you booking confirmation and all details once payment is received.
We accept all kinds of major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal and bank transfers.
Car parking charges, tolls or drop off fees are in addition to the prices quoted.
Waiting time, if incurred will be charged at £20.00 per hour.
Cancellation/Refund
A small fee (5%) will be charged on any booking that is cancelled the same day of the scheduled pickup time. Should cancellations be made 24 hours before the booking you will eligible for full refund.
Refund will process within 4 to 5 working days.
Conduct
As per British law, safety belts must be worn unless any special instructions and it is your responsibility to declare any such information in advance.
Smoking, drinking and eating is not permitted in the vehicles.
MK Oscar Transport Limited have the privilege to decline to accept any passengers who is appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You will be held accountable for the action of each passenger in the vehicle during the journey. You will repay MK Oscar Transport Limited against all misfortunes, costs, expenses, damages or harms caused by the activities of a passenger.
Termination
MK Oscar Transport Limited has the right to reject or terminate any reservation with immediate effect if it is found the driver is in danger of maltreatment, brutality or harm. Full fare will be charged and no discounts will be given if the journey is terminated/cancelled by the misbehaviour of the passenger(s).
Liability
All luggage items are carried entirely at the risk of the passenger.
MK Oscar Transport Limited will not be responsible for installing baby or child seats into a vehicle. This is the responsibility of the parent or person responsible for the child at the time of the journey.
MK Oscar Transport Limited has the privilege to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event such as terrorist attack, riot, national emergency, national disaster or war.
MK Oscar Transport Limited will attempt to organize an alternative vehicle as soon as possible in the event of vehicle breaks down and we will get you to your destination. MK Oscar Transport Limited will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, expenses or damages resulting from the breakdown of a vehicle.
MK Oscar Transport Limited cannot be held responsible for any losses for conditions such as heavy traffic or accident that are beyond our control during the trip. MK Oscar Transport Limited would not be liable for any personal loss or business.
Disputes
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and MK Oscar Transport Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and MK Oscar Transport Limited and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
